Being signed to Interscope records while just a youngun at 18 years old brought him to a world unbeknownst to this small-town Oregon boy. He got to travel the world, play at all the best world venues, record all his albums at the London Bridge in Seattle WA, and became close personal friends with folks like Curt Cobain and Eddie Vedder who opened up many times for his band called Love on Ice. Since then he went on to create his own band in Portland Oregon which also became the most successful band at the time in the early 2000's which is a big honor considering 500 bands monthly make Portland Oregon their home. Portland is where he met his wife and helped her to create a better world for disenfranchised people in Portland by providing shelter, groups and resources for the community through his wife's various nonprofit ventures. Brent and Lisie bought their first home in Portland and it accrued over $100,000 in value in just one year at which time they decided to sell and move back to the area Lisie is from to raise their 2 girls to be raised around their maternal family where the grandparents were still alive and had a strong Russian Jewish foundation where they spoke only Yiddish in the household. In the Ardmore area Brent and Lisie created the type of community they had in Portland Oregon and have practiced Real estate together for over 15 years with the mindset of that which grows our perspective from world travel and differences of opinions can make great bridge builders in real estate.
