Age Requirements

Children must be of age by September 1^st to be eligible for the following classes:

Two Years and 7 months old by September 1^st for the Two Year Old Class*

Three Years Old by September 1^st for the Three Year Old Class

Four Years Old by September 1^st for the Four Year Old Class

 * Those children interested in the 2 year old program that meet this age requirement after September may enroll on the first day of each month from October up to and including February. Tuition will be adjusted accordingly.

Additional Requirements

Children in 3 and 4 year old classes must be potty trained

Daily Schedule

A typical day includes:

8:50 – 9:15 AM

Arrival for 2,3 and 4 year olds  

 9:15 – 10:10 AM

Free play and teacher directed activities

10:10 – 10:20 AM

Clean up

10:20 – 10:40 AM

Circle and story

10:40 – 11:00 AM

Bathroom, wash hands, snack

11:00 – 11:20 AM

Pack up and outside play

11:15 – 11:20 AM

Dismissal for 2 year olds

11:20 – 11:30 AM

Dismissal for 3 and 4 year olds

School Hours

Two Year Olds; 9:00 – 11:20

Three and Four Year Olds; 9:00 – 11:30

The Two Year Old Classes meet either two or three days a week.  The Three Year Old Classes meet either three or five days a week. The Four Year Old Classes meet five days a week.

Student Teacher Ratio

The ratio of students to teachers in the Toddler classes is 4 to 1, Two Year Old Classes may be no greater than 5 to 1.  The ratio of students to teachers in the Three and Four Year Old classes may be no greater than 9 to 1.

Tuition

 Tuitions may be paid yearly, by semester, or quarterly.  Monthly payments may be arranged upon request.  Tuition payments will be made by May 15^th, November 15^th, January 15^th, and March 15^th.  There is a sibling discount of 15% deducted from the younger child’s tuition.  If payment is thirty days delinquent, a fee of $25.00 will be charged.  There is no liability for tuition if a child is withdrawn on or before May 15^th.  Such withdrawal must be made in writing and received by May 15^th.  Parents are liable for the first quarterly payment if written withdrawal is not made by May 15^th.
